‘The Falcon and the Winter Soldier’ Getting BTS Documentary Tomorrow

Assembled - TFATWS

Go beyond the shield and behind the scenes. Marvel Studios’ Assembled: The Making of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier is streaming tomorrow on Disney Plus.

It seems like BTS documentaries released the week after the season finale will be a tradition for Marvel Studios’ Disney+ shows. Back in February, WandaVision was followed by its own “making of,” which unveiled much of the magic used to create the offbeat series. This time around, fans will get to explore how Marvel crafted the next chapter in Captain America’s saga (as the title is more than Steve Rogers), which also turned out to be a globe-trotting adventure of sorts. Here’s the trailer for tomorrow’s offering:

Marvel Studios’ The Falcon and The Winter Soldier stars Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson aka The Falcon, and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes aka The Winter Soldier. The pair, who came together in the final moments of Avengers: Endgame, team up on a global adventure that tests their abilities—and their patience. Directed by Kari Skogland with Malcolm Spellman serving as head writer, the series also stars Daniel Brühl as Zemo, Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter, and Wyatt Russell as John Walker.

After this installment of Assembled, we’ll have to wait until June for the next step in the MCU’s Phase 4: Loki, which debuts on June 11. The next big thing on Disney Plus is Star Wars: The Bad Batch, a new animated series which kicks off next Tuesday, May the 4th (be with you).
