Straight from Paramount Pictures and Hasbro, here’s the official synopsis:

Returning to the action and spectacle that have captured moviegoers around the world, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will take audiences on a ‘90s globetrotting adventure and introduce the Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons to the existing battle on earth between Autobots and Decepticons.

The film is being directed by Creed II filmmaker Steven Caple Jr. and was written by Obi-Wan Kenobi scribe Joby Harold (who also gets a “story by” credit), Darnell Metayer & Josh Peters, and Erich Hoeber & Jon Hoeber. It stars Anthony Ramos (In the Heights) and Dominique Fishback (Judas and the Black Messiah). They are joined by Michelle Yeoh (as Airazor), Pete Davidson (as Mirage), Peter Cullen (as Optimus Prime), and Ron Perlman (Optimus Primal).

Moreover, Deadline unveiled yesterday even more voicing talent joining the ensemble: Peter Dinklage (as Scourge), Liza Koshy (as Arcee), John DiMaggio (as Stratosphere), David Sobolov (as Rhinox/Battletrap), Michaela Jaé Rodriguez (as Nightbird), Cristo Fernández (as Wheeljack), and Tobe Nwigwe (as Reek).

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts will assault theaters on June 9, 2023, and joins a franchise-heavy theatrical slate from Paramount which aims to battle IP giants such as WB Discovery and Disney with the strongest weapons available.
