‘Glass’ Second Trailer Shows Real Heroes and Villains Among Us

Glass
The second trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass has arrived, showcasing how all three of the major characters meet and how it’s up to the Overseer to stop the Beast and the Mastermind.

Shortly after Monday’s motion-poster reveal, another two motion-posters soon followed to tease the arrival of the imminent trailer, showing Bruce Willis as David Dunn, also known as “the Overseer”, along with another one showing Samuel L. Jackson as Elijah Price, also known as “Mr. Glass” and “the Mastermind”:

And now that Thursday’s here, it means that the new trailer has finally arrived. The trailer showcases Dunn, Price, and Crumb institutionalized in a special facility meant to “cure” the minds of people who believe they have superpowers, and how Dunn has to don a cloak once more when his archnemesis and his powerful new opponent find a way to break out. Everything that’s been shown for this film so far has looked incredibly promising and it definitely seems like M. Night Shyamalan is making a full return to form with Split and some of the other projects he’s been involved with since he took some time off from Hollywood. Hopefully, Glass will serve as a great closing chapter for a trilogy of films, and will signal that some of Shymalan’s best work is still to come in the years ahead.

Glass will be released on January 18, 2019.
