Batwoman Trailer Released for ‘Elseworlds’
The CW have just released a new character teaser for next month’s Elseworlds event and this one is the big one. The live action debut of Batwoman!
“You don’t believe in Batman?” Asks Grant Gustin’s Oliver Queen as the trailer begins. “Batman is an urban legend,” replies Stephen Amell’s Barry Allen.
Whilst the Arrowverse’s Batman may have vanished into myth, there’s still a Bat in Gotham City.
The trailer offers fans a long awaited glimpse at Ruby Rose’s Batwoman in action as well as their first look at Gotham and Arkham Asylum. Laughter can even be heard as the inmates run amok in the asylum. Whilst Batwoman is only set to appear in one episode of the crossover event, the Arrowverse creative teams have promised that we’ll get to know Kate and see hero interact with the Arrowverse’s trinity in both halves of her life. It certainly looks like our journey to Gotham will leave us wanting more, especially with mysteries like what happened to Batman being set up, and that’s exactly what the producers intended.

Elseworlds begins December 9th on The CW.
