‘Daredevil’ Season 3 Teaser Shows Wilson Fisk’s Return
Daredevil is getting closer and closer to returning, and with it comes another teaser emphasizing the inevitable rematch between Wilson Fisk and Matt Murdock.
The teaser has been released by Netflix themselves, and plays off of a duality between the show’s title character and the Kingpin. It can be viewed below:
After the events of The Defenders, where he had to save all of New York City from The Hand and his old flame turned nemesis Elektra, Matt Murdock finds himself without his Daredevil armor and under the care of several nuns. While the rest of the world believes that he’s been dead, Murdock has steadily recovered from his injuries – but even still, it doesn’t take long for him to have to recommit to his double-life of vigilantism as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen. With his former life in ruins and Wilson Fisk returning to become even more dangerous than before as the Kingpin now seemingly free from prison, our hero is left to wonder if life as Matt Murdock is living when justice isn’t served by law, as he considers more extreme methods and taking on the mantle of Daredevil full-time.
Daredevil Season 3 will be available to stream on Netflix on October 19, 2018.
