RUMOR: John Mulaney May be Voicing Spider-Ham in ‘Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse’

Spider-Man Spider-Ham
The Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse rumor mill keeps on churning, as after it’s been revealed that Nicolas Cage may be voicing Spider-Man Noir, a report surfaces that John Mulaney will be portraying a popular spoof of the webhead: Peter Porker, the Amazing Spider-Ham.

The report comes from Geek Vibes Nation, who were unable to verify the rumor, but were still willing to share it:

Rumors indicate that Sony recently tested the movie pretty recently and it sounds like it went pretty well. Of course, this would also explain why rumors of the movie’s extended cast are leaking out over time. Neither Spider-Ham nor Spider-Man Noir are expected to have huge parts in the film (and neither is Spider-Gwen, which is Gwen Stacy as Spider-Woman), but their presence will likely help flesh out the various alternate universes that Miles Morales will have to go through with Peter Parker as the older superhero shows his younger counterpart the ropes. The trailers have also implied that Miguel O’Hara (Spider-Man 2099) will appear, so hopefully we’ll get that casting announcement soon, whether it leaks out or is officially revealed at Sony’s San Diego Comic Con panel.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will be released on December 14, 2018.
