‘Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore’ Enchants With First Full Trailer

The next Fantastic Beasts movie is merely four months away, and today we’ve received first official trailer.

David Yates is back with yet another entry in the Wizarding World franchise — check the trailer out here:

The movie is set during World War II, and will reportedly offer us the first look ever at the secret role the wizards played during the conflict. Gellert Grindelwald is also back in the picture, as we see in the trailer, played by Mads Mikkelsen this time around. Ezra Miller will supposedly play a huge role in the story, following up the twist at the very end of The Crimes of Grindelwald. Albus Dumbledore is also returning from that movie, played by Jude Law once again. Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, and Jessica Williams are all back as well. J. K. Rowling and Steve Kloves are getting screenwriting credits, and David Yates, as usual, directs the movie.

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is set to open on April 15, 2022. Coincidentally, it’s the same opening day as Paramount’s The Lost City of D, which stars Harry Potter himself, Daniel Radcliffe, as the villain, opposite Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum.
